We have created a Google group for distribution of E Mails. This is a one way service that allows the surgery to send an E Mail to all patients registered on the group. You are free to join or leave and we have no access to your details. Please follow this link and request to join the group, select to receive E Mails only. We would welcome your comments via the website on how this service works.

Appointments

From this screen you will be able to log onto the clinical system to access the appointments currently available. In order to access this site you will need to register with the surgery and be given a password. Once you access the site you get the same view of available appointments as the reception staff. Patients are able to book an appointment with a doctor and print a confirmation of the booking. Patients can also cancel an appointment that has been made online. No patient will be able to book more than one appointment at a time.

Repeat Prescriptions

From this page you are able to request any repeat medication shown on your last prescription. You will have to state where you wish to collect your prescription from. (Many of our patients arrange for their medication to be collected from a local chemist and then the patients simply collect the medication from the chemist at a time that suits them.) DO NOT request any medications that are not listed on your previous prescriptions as these cannot be processed. You will still need to give 48 hours' notice before collecting the prescription.

Patients Comments

This link is designed to allow patients to comment on the services that we offer. We require patients to include in the form their name and date of birth so that we are able to identify who is making the comments and respond in a suitable way. All such comments are read by the practice manager and the partners.
