OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?

Please note this system is only for repeat medications that appear on your prescription. Other items may not appear on the list because they need to be reviewed by a doctor or nurse before further issues.

To avoid mistakes and delays please use the printed repeat prescription list provided by the surgery.

Requests for repeat prescriptions need to be with the practice 48 hours before the required date. If you leave an SAE we will post the prescription to your house or you can arrange for a chemist to collect it.

Repeat prescriptions can also be requested here so that it becomes possible for you to request your medication and then collect it from the chemist.

This service is available to all patients and it is possible for parents / carers to request repeat medication for those in their care.
